The Role
In this diverse and rewarding position, you’ll oversee all aspects of residential property management and real estate sales. You’ll play a vital role in maintaining strong client relationships while managing rental properties and facilitating sales.


Responsibilities Include:

Property Management

  • Advertising, screening tenants, and managing rental agreements.
  • Conducting inspections and liaising with property owners.
  • Organising maintenance and ensuring legislative compliance.
  • Handling rent collection, arrears, and end-of-month disbursements.

Real Estate Sales

  • Canvassing and listing properties for sale.
  • Coordinating marketing campaigns across print, websites, and social media.
  • Facilitating negotiations and managing sales processes.
  • Building strong relationships with clients, solicitors, and industry professionals.


What We’re Looking For

  • A Class 2 Real Estate Licence and a valid driver’s licence.
  • Proven experience in property management and/or real estate sales.
  • A proactive, resilient, and approachable individual with a customer-centric mindset.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
